Jill Sharkey got a late Christmas present when she won a charity raffle and ended up dashing round the Safeway Superstore in Mansfield.

Jill, an employee of Mansfields Imperial Laundry won the Trolley Dash at the company’s Christmas dinner in a raffle used to raise funds for The Chelsea Barsby Campaign.

Jill managed to pack over £200 worth of goods into her trolley while whizzing round the Nottingham Road Superstore.

The Chelsea Barsby Campaign was originally established to help five-year-old Chelsea from Kirkby-in- Ashfield obtain the special equipment she needs for school and home life. The Campaign is now in the process of establishing a national charity to help children like Chelsea who suffer with a very rare form of eye cancer called Retinoblastoma.
